Senior .NET Software Developer

Responsibilities:
- Work as a senior-level Microsoft .NET developer using extensive object-oriented design patterns and Web development tools
- Undertake technical lead role on development projects, advising on technologies and methodologies as well as coaching junior team members
- Apply development experience using the .NET framework to support client needs
- Analyze, design, and develop Web-based applications
- Solve project-related problems and identify opportunities for improvement
- Write technical documentation including use cases and design documents

- Ability to grasp issues quickly and make educated, critical judgment
- Work well with teams or in a team environment
Experience / Education
- 3+ years of strong and relevant experience in Asp.Net 2.0 and above with C#
- Knowledge in development tools such as .net Framework, c#, VB.net , ADO.net, Web Services, Visual Basic 6.0, MS SQL Server, Microsoft IIS
- Experience in database design, web application design, web services and modern development methodologies and environments
- Experience on SQL Server 2005/2008 and Oracle 10 G and above
- Must have good knowledge in CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, HTML, OOPS, Win Forms, Silver Light etc.
- Working knowledge of BizTalk, XML schema, Map, custom pipelines, XLST etc. preferred
- Ability to gather accurate, detailed user requirements and analyze, design, develop and implement application software
