Designers/Senior Designers—Direct

- Have overall knowledge of customer specifications and can define output criteria for each customer.
- Review customer inputs, which involve understanding of the content matter and the instructions. In case of incomplete inputs, raise a "non-conformance" with the customer.
- Create documents as per customer instructions and procedure. Review input data upon receipt and determine whether submissions are complete, keeping customers informed at all times.
- Proofread own work and ensure correctness, accuracy and consistency in use of customer design guidelines.
- Contact Lead, Quality Assurance and get updated on error percentages, specific errors and get trained to reduce the errors.
- Check and review all customer templates and the finished product, toward analysis for continuous improvement.
- Review finished product to ensure error free output.
- Meet productivity and quality targets as per SLA/AQL established for the various clients and accounts.
Experience / Education
- Proficiency in written and spoken English a prerequisite
- Creative and conceptual graphics and ad design ability required
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline/diploma in Graphic Design/Design courses from reputed organizations/diploma in Printing (with added Design qualifications)
- 1-2 years working experience in graphic design/printing or similar areas (designers)
- 3-4 years working experience in graphic design/printing or similar areas (senior designers)
- Proficient in Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop and Quark Express
- Willing to work in rotational shifts
