Affinity Express India is located at EON in a cluster of four buildings with other BPO and IT companies in the prestigious eastern IT corridor of Pune on 45 acres of land. More than 600 employees are employed in Production, Quality, Administration, Human Resources and IT. The facility has meeting rooms, a data center, training rooms, storage rooms and a sampling room, as well as excellent security and amenities such as food courts, retail stores and restaurants. Affinity Express offers transportation for employees with nine buses running on three routes covering the entire city, plus ten taxis for managers, guests and employees requiring transportation during the night shift.

Associate Vice President, Infrastructure Management

Associate Vice President, Infrastructure Management

The AVP infrastructure will be responsible for developing, maintaining,supporting, and optimizing key functional areas, particularly server&network infrastructure, information security, data communications, andtelecommunications systems. The Infrastructure AVP will also schedule, manageand direct activities to resolve hardware, operating systems, networking and communication problems in a timely and accurate fashion.

Must Have Technical Skills

•             Hands-on experience in workstation hardware/software repair/troubleshooting

Business Process Executive

Reports to: Senior Manager—S.P.E.E.D.

This position is responsible for assisting the business process organization (S.P.E.E.D.) in the standardization, review, redesign, development, enhancement, and support of business processes and systems of Affinity Express. As member of S.P.E.E.D. Team (Pune), a business process executive list acts as the “transition member” for on-boarding all new clients and the interface between the Operations and Support teams in the Philippines, India and the U.S.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with division presidents, country presidents, sales team members, project managers, and support teams to solicit critical information.
  • Enhance/upgrade and support the divisions and R.O.A.D.M.A.P. team in providing pricing/cost margin analysis, completing client on-boarding and new product/service delivery documentation.
  • Assist production on assumptions while setting the standards for each division.
  • Monitor, analyze and report production variances from standard for each division.
  • Continuously recommend process and systems improvement to achieve company objectives.
  • Conscientiously document and monitor activities relative to the task and ensure consistency in its implementation and continued applicability.
  • Assist the production team in implementing new systems and procedures as planned.
  • Conduct process audits to determine conformance and a view to improve processes and procedures.

Graphic Designer—Interactive Media

The graphic designer is responsible for developing online ad banners and HTML websites based on clients' advertising briefs and instructions. Online ad banners may include Flash animated ads and static and rich media ads.

The graphic designer should always work on improving their technical and design skills to enhance the quality of the product with more efficiency and productivity.

Designers/Senior Designers—Direct

  • Have overall knowledge of customer specifications and can define output criteria for each customer.
  • Review customer inputs, which involve understanding of the content matter and the instructions. In case of incomplete inputs, raise a "non-conformance" with the customer.
