The Graphic designer is responsible for developing online ad banners; HTML Websites based on client's advertising brief and instructions. The online ad banner includes Flash animated ads, Static and Rich Media ads.

A Graphic designer should always work on improving their technical and design skills to enhance the quality of the product with more efficiency and productivity.

• Reading - understanding the instructions, and checking the provided ad input material
• Raising queries if instructions are not clear or incomplete.
• Should analyze the product standards, target audience and competitor activities in the market
• Brainstorming ideas and concepts for the visual and words with other members of the creative team and taking guidance
• Completing work based on provided guidance and with no errors
• Performing self-QC on the that is completed before handing over to the validator

• Have overall knowledge of customer specifications and can define output criteria for each customer.
• Review customer inputs, which involve understanding of the content matter and the instructions. In case of incomplete inputs, raise a Non Conformance with the customer.
• Create a document as per customer instructions and procedure. Review input data upon receipt and determine whether submissions are complete, keeping customers informed at all times.
• Proofread own work and ensure correctness, accuracy and consistency in use of customer design guidelines.
• Contact Lead Quality Assurance and get updated on error percentages, specific errors and get trained to reduce the errors.
• Check and review all customer templates and the finished product, toward analysis for continuous improvement.
• Review finished product to ensure error free output.
• Meet productivity & quality targets as per SLA/AQL established for the various clients and accounts.

Education/Experience:

• Proficiency in written and spoken English a prerequisite.
• Creative and conceptual graphics and ad design ability required.
• Bachelors Degree in any discipline / Diploma in Graphic Design / Designing Courses from reputed organizations / Diploma in Printing (with added design qualifications)
• 1-2 years working experience in graphic design/printing or similar areas (designers)
• 3-4 years working experience in graphic design/printing or similar areas (senior designers)
• Proficient in Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop and Quark Express
• Willing to work in rotational shifts.

Responsibilities:

Primary services include installation, configuration, and support of servers, networks, and associated equipment and software. Additional Services that may be provided include network monitoring, desktop support, and Internet content filtering.

The successful candidate will possess knowledge and skills in the following:

• Dell servers and workstations
• Mac OS X Server and Workstations
• Hands-on experience in workstation hardware/software repair/troubleshooting
• Windows 2K3 and 2K8 Server; XP Pro, Windows 7 desktops
• Thorough understanding of Active Directory principals and best practices
• Mail servers including but not limited to Microsoft Exchange and Google Enterprise mail
• Security including firewall configurations, server configurations, and desktop client applications
• VMWare
• Microsoft Office 2K3, 2K7 suite, solid understanding of Outlook/Exchange
• Familiarity and experience with Linux and/or similar Unix-based servers
• LAN, firewall, switches, routers, troubleshooting, high level knowledge of TCP/IP POP, SMTP, FTP, SSH, HTTP, SSL

Candidates must meet the following minimum requirements:

8+ years professional experience in the following:

• Windows Server 200X and Active Directory
• Windows DNS and Domain design, configuration, and management. MCSE minimum
• Network design, installation, and support

The marketing specialist is responsible for database management, lead generation through email campaigns, qualification of potential accounts, reporting on campaigns and activities, monitoring the industry and tracking competition. In this role, the marketing specialist reports to the senior marketing manager. 

The successful candidate will be capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines, detail-oriented and capable of making marketing recommendations.

Key attributes include strong communication, research, task management, organizational, and analytical skills.

• Work as a senior-level Microsoft .NET developer using extensive object-oriented design patterns and Web development tools
• Undertake technical lead role on development projects, advising on technologies and methodologies as well as coaching junior team members
• Apply development experience using the .NET framework to support client needs
• Analyze, design, and develop Web-based applications
• Solve project-related problems and identify opportunities for improvement
• Write technical documentation including use cases and design documents

The senior manager is responsible for installing and maintaining computer hardware, software and networks. Reporting to assistant vice president of IT, the candidate manages and provides hardware and software maintenance, training and consultation, and recommendations about future planning and development of resources. He or she will provide these services in an effective and efficient manner and ensure maximum access to and implementation of technology services and resources.

Affinity Express provides a workflow solution to our clients and production teams to support the advertising services division--Affinity Express Service Bureau (AESB). This workflow is an integral part of our delivery mechanism. AESB is a pre-configured, hosted solution and all software licenses and hardware are provided, set up and managed by Affinity Express. Because of our continued success, we are looking for highly-motivated individuals who want to be challenged by clients who use AESB.

Minimum of two to three years hands-on experience required.

Three to four years of experience and a graduate/post graduate degree is required.
