Roles and Responsibilities:

Server Operations Management

• Administer all server hardware and software systems within the center
• Ensure that change management procedures are followed at all times
• Perform regular server hardware/software maintenance and upgrades

 Performance Management

• Ensure that server hardware and software performance meet service level targets
• Evaluate and implement server performance monitoring  tools
• Preparation all necessary server hardware and software reports and document all server related management procedures

Problem Management

• Ensure efficient and timely resolution (isolation and analysis, management and coordination, 3^rd party escalation …etc.) of server problems and outages
• Coordinate with internal and external vendors and clients following the documented escalation processes
• Serve as 1^st level support for server problems and 2^nd level support for helpdesk issues

System Back-up and recovery management

• Prepare business impact analysis
• Design and implement back-up recovery plans and procedures 

Resource Planning and Management

• Monitor and generate reports of current systems utilization 
• Ensure that server hardware and software systems are capable of handling current utilization and projected growth
• Design, recommend and implement server operating system structure and domains

Security Management

• Evaluate and implement server security tools and processes
• Monitor, report and prevent security breaches
• Ensure that company’s systems are logically and physically sound to withstand current and all security threats

Roles and Responsibilities:

Processing of Supplier Invoices

                Checking of documents for posting

Reimbursements and Liquidation Processing

                Checking of documents and validating the liquidated amount

                Depositing & recording  returned cash from the advances

                Posting and printing of invoice supports, including check printing or online payment if any

Monthly (or as scheduled) closing activities

                Preparation of schedule for unpaid vendor invoices and employee liquidation for accrual

                Updating of CAPEX schedule based on purchase orders, invoices, delivery receipts

                Preparation/Update of lapsing schedule for depreciation

                Preparation/Update of prepayment schedule

                Preparation of allocation table for common expenses

                Recording of journal entries

                Recording of work in process

                Monitoring of utilities, telephone and internet payment

Management Reports

                Prepare cost inputs for monthly dashboard/report

                Liaise with other Finance Team in other country for regular reports

Basic Function:

Produces visual solutions to the communication needs of client across print and electronic media using variety of methods such as color, type, illustration, photography, animation and various print and layout techniques in the most effective way.

Roles and Responsibilties:

Create digital motion graphics work using a variety of software such as Flash.

Design, create and prepare graphic files suitable for output in multimedia, web and video.

Understand work instructions, interprets client business needs, job orders, production briefs, and clarify design issues and concerns prior to starting work.

Check accuracy and correctness of one’s own work and validate team member’s output to produce accurate and high quality of work according to the standards of this position.

Deliver both simple and medium difficulty work according to acceptable turnaround time and/or deadlines set by the Team Leader.

Maintain productivity and accuracy standards for the role and submit to performance improvement plan when necessary.

Regularly coordinate, collaborate and interact with team members to ensure cross-learning and continuous improvement.

Ensure all work is produced in accordance with provided work instructions and SNAP guidelines in general.

Accomplish Job Order Forms or other job data inputting systems for every work accurately.

Accept tasks assigned by superiors and/or shift-in-charge with minimal handover.

Render overtime work as necessary to ensure work is completed according to agreed deadlines.

Abide by the policies and rules of the company and act in a professional manner at all times.

Handle escalated jobs from the team/floor to resolve and meet client expectations regarding any type, category or complexity of the job assigned prior delivery.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Monitor and check accuracy and correctness of Quality Team and Graphic Designer’s work to produce accurate and high quality of work according to the standards of the customer.
• Able to meet Productivity at 100% and accuracy at 98% (customer and company standards).
• Deliver work according to acceptable turnaround time and tight deadlines for the standards set by the customer.
• Regularly coordinate, collaborate and interact with team members to ensure cross-learning and continuous improvement.
• Perform a last quality check on deliverables to ensure copy accuracy and compliance to the job order.
• Work across delivery groups; being able to execute a product with little supervision based on a creative brief. Able to train newly hires on production procedures.
• Conducts joint production meetings to discuss quality issues and procedural lapses on how to improve quality and prevent error recurrence.
• Work across production groups and initiates project review of new and on-going projects with focus on ways to improve quality.
• Reviews quality feedback with corresponding corrective and preventive action and performs process mapping for process improvement.

Duties and Responsibilities

Management

• Acts as the head of IT for managing the local IT Team in Manila. Duties and responsibilities may be assigned from time to time which may include the following:
  • Managing IT services and hardware in the Philippine facility.
  • Proactively working with the business to provide cost effective, innovative IT solutions to address business/process bottlenecks.
  • Responsible for the provision of IT services to defined SLA’s.
  • Responsible for staff development, coaching and mentoring.
  • Enforce corporate IT policies and procedures at the location level.
  • Actively participate at a peer level within the IT management team.
  • Interface between the business and IT at a location level.
  • Responsible for active participation in local and regional IT projects and rollouts.

Database Administration

• Administer all database within the center.
• Perform regular database maintenance and upgrades, implement database monitoring tools and do the necessary actions when there are issues to ensure database performance meet service level targets.
• Prepare all necessary database reports and document all database related management procedures and configurations.
• Monitor and generate reports of current database utilization, ensuring that database are capable of handling current utilization and projected growth.
• Design and implement database back-up recovery plans and procedures.

Systems Administration

• Administer all server hardware and software systems within the center.
• Perform regular server hardware/software maintenance and upgrades, implement server performance monitoring tools and do the necessary actions when there are issues to ensure that server hardware and software performance meet service level targets.
• Prepare all necessary server hardware and software reports and document all server related management procedures and configurations.
• Design and implement back-up recovery plans and procedures.
• Monitor and generate reports of current systems utilization, ensuring that server hardware and software systems are capable of handling current utilization and projected growth.
• Design, recommend and implement server operating system structure and domains.

Network Administration

• Administer all network hardware and software systems within the center.
• Perform regular network maintenance and upgrades, implement network performance monitoring  tools and do the necessary actions when there are issues to ensure that network performance meet service level targets.
• Prepare all necessary network reports and document all network related management procedures and configurations.

Service Desk Management

• Ensure efficient and timely resolution (isolation and analysis, management and coordination, 3^rd party escalation, etc.) of problems and outages.
• Serve as 1^st level support for server problems and 2^nd level support for helpdesk issues.
• Ensure service request are provisioned within expected turnaround times.

Security Management

• Evaluate and implement IT infrastructure security tools and processes.
• Ensure that company’s systems are logically and physically sound to withstand security threats.
• Monitor and audit security breaches and take corrective actions to fix vulnerabilities.

Education/Experience

• College graduate of any IT or related courses.
• At least 1 year experience in an IT Manager capacity, handling an IT team of a medium to large enterprise.
• At least three years of hands-on systems administration experience in handling a Windows Enterprise Environment.
• At least two years of hands-on network administration experience in handling CISCO networking equipment.
• At least two years of hands on database administration experience preferably in an MS-SQL environment.
• Experience with Apple computers preferred but not required.
• Project management experience in rolling out a major IT project is an advantage.
• Willing to work on shift schedule basis including weekends and holidays.
• Excellent written  and  oral  English communications skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and must be a team player.
• Strong work ethics and a self-starter.

• Design newspaper pages in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Maintain styles and designs of various newspaper clients
• Understand the priority and importance of page construction
• Identify and resolve production issues
• Handle photo enhancement where required.

Skills/Experience

You are a whiz at newspaper page design and understand the finer points of layout. You enjoy the challenge of building a balanced, attractive page while adhering to the directions of newspaper editors and other senior members of staff. InDesign is your tool of choice, although you are more than comfortable with Photoshop, Illustrator and other design software.

Education

College or equivalent

Responsibilities:

Skills/Experience

You are a wordsmith who lives for the written word but is still keenly aware of production and deadlines. You are comfortable working in web and print environments and are experienced in InDesign and InCopy.

Education

University or equivalent.

The quality control lead ensures that all work outputs meet quality standards required by the client. Works with Operations manager and graphic designers in the development and implementation of effective systems. Oversees the quality control team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Analyzes customer service issues and resolves problems
• Provides explanations, training sessions related to issue resolution
• Assists in the development of QC policies and procedures with a constant goal of improving processes and performance
• Understands job orders and production briefs, seeking clarification from or raising non-conformance notes with the client as needed prior to start of production work,
• Performs last quality check on deliverables to ensure accuracy when it comes to copy, technical specifications and creative aspects.
• Able to recommend and implement improvement on systems, methods and processes to avert production errors.
• Delivers work according to acceptable time estimates, meeting tight deadlines while working on multiple, simultaneous tasks
• Delivers jobs according to client expectations
• Produces production reports as needed, learning the use of any document management system needed to provide these
• Regularly coordinates and collaborates with team members to ensure cross-learning and continuous improvement

Works with account managers and developers throughout the project life cycle, to support the design, development and implementation of effective systems.  Oversees the web quality assurance team and act as liaison between QA and Web developers.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Evaluates, troubleshoots and tests software repeatedly in search of bugs and errors
• Simulates an end user and seeks out problems they may encounter
• Works closely with developers to ensure that new system products and product enhancements meet business requirements
• Plans, develops, schedules and executes testing activities
• Analyzes customer service issues and resolves problems
• Provides explanations, training sessions related to issue resolution and testing
• Reviews business requirements, system definition information, test tool requirements, testing strategy, and monitors test execution
• Assists in the preparation and development of standard test environments, test plans, and test cases/scripts

Coordinates and implements new web development, maintenance, modification and enhancement. Negotiates system architectural needs, analyzes system and business requirements, estimates scope and develops project plans from written specifications. Collaborates with user departments and other technology teams to implement work requests and support production systems.

Works with account managers and developers throughout the project lifecycle, to support the design, development and implementation of effective systems.  Tasked with stress-testing software and finding errors and bugs to report back to development team.

Responsible for taking clients' advertising briefs and generating original copy ideas that grab the attention of the target audience. This can include creating straplines, slogans, body copy, jingles and scripts. Usually works on multiple projects.

Responsible for assisting operations and accounting departments in monitoring company productivity and quality through the timely submission of accurate production, quality and billing reports. Develop reports and analyze production data that will aid in efficient management and decision-making.
