Our Facilities

Affinity Express is headquartered in Elgin, Illinois and has employees in several states across the U.S. to interface with clients and develop solutions. We have two offshore production facilities in Pune, India, and Manila, Philippines, with mirrored data centers in the U.S. for complete disaster recovery and business continuity. As a result, there is less chance of any service interruption with Affinity Express than there is for companies using traditional outsource providers or even their own employees down the hall.

Collaboration

Career Paths

There are opportunities for everyone, no matter the level of expertise and experience, ranging from new graduates entering the marketplace for the first time to individuals changing careers to existing employees interested in further growth within Affinity Express. In other words, we offer a place for everyone regardless of their background or experience level.

An example of a career path is an employee who joined in 1999 as a training team associate. He was promoted to executive trainee, associate team leader, team leader, team manager and team manager of IT Operations over the course of each of the following years. In 2007, he was named director of product and process planning and implementation. Nine months later, he became associate vice president and was subsequently made associate vice president of technology. At Affinity Express, we encourage continuous learning and development. We provide  training, recognition and rewards for employees who want to build careers with the company.

Community Service

Our company believes in giving back to the communities in which we work and have clients. Affinity Express employees in all locations volunteer their time, creativity and resources in a variety of ways. For example:

• Partnering with Go Red for Women to help spread awareness of heart disease in women
• HParticipating in a multi-national program with major companies to invest in street youth and provide them with the necessary training and career skills to enter the global workforce
• Collecting donations from employees and matching them with company funds to give relief to employees and their families affected by flooding in the Philippines
• Volunteering for an organization in India that empowers children and sponsors them through higher and vocational education
• Hosting student graphic designers at client sites to learn what a “day in the life” is like as an artist for major U.S. newspapers
