Affinity Express is headquartered in Elgin, Illinois and has employees in several states across the U.S. to interface with clients and develop solutions. We have two offshore production facilities in Pune, India, and Manila, Philippines, with mirrored data centers in the U.S. for complete disaster recovery and business continuity. As a result, there is less chance of any service interruption with Affinity Express than there is for companies using traditional outsource providers or even their own employees down the hall.
Our global business model means Affinity Express is bigger than the sum of its parts. Employees visit different facilities to train and participate in projects, as well as travel to meet with current and prospective accounts. Weekly meetings ensure teamwork regardless of the location or time zone of personnel. This constant collaboration means there are no boundaries to learning and growth among employees.

An example of a career path is an employee who joined in 1999 as a training team associate. He was promoted to executive trainee, associate team leader, team leader, team manager and team manager of IT Operations over the course of each of the following years. In 2007, he was named director of product and process planning and implementation. Nine months later, he became associate vice president and was subsequently made associate vice president of technology. At Affinity Express, we encourage continuous learning and development.
