• We offer on-the-job, cross-functional, supervisory and career developmental training to promote ongoing employee growth.
• Coursework is offered in the forms of classroom training, e-learning, online workshops, tuition reimbursement programs and certification training.

An example of a career path is an employee who joined in 1999 as a training team associate. He was promoted to executive trainee, associate team leader, team leader, team manager and team manager of IT Operations over the course of each of the following years. In 2007, he was named director of product and process planning and implementation. Nine months later, he became associate vice president and was subsequently made associate vice president of technology. Our company believes in giving back to the communities in which we work and have clients. Affinity Express employees in all locations volunteer their time, creativity and resources in a variety of ways. For example:

• Participating in a multi-national program with major companies to invest in street youth and provide them with the necessary training and career skills to enter the global workforce
• Collecting donations from employees and matching them with company funds to give relief to employees and their families affected by flooding in the Philippines
• Volunteering for an organization in India that empowers children and sponsors them through higher and vocational education
• Hosting student graphic designers at client sites to learn what a “day in the life” is like as an artist for major U.S. newspapers
